Cancellation and refunds

Last updated 23 October 2026

Plain rules for ending a subscription and for getting money back. They are part of the Terms of Service.

Cancel at any time

Open the Subscription page in the panel, choose “Manage payment and invoices” and cancel in Stripe. Or write to support@forgelix.com from the email address you paid with, and we will cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. It is not renewed, and you are not charged again.
• If you cancel during the free trial, the trial runs to its end and you are not charged.
• When the plan ends, the assistant stops answering on your websites. You can subscribe again at any time. Write to us if you want your data deleted.

Refunds

We do not refund a month that has already started when you cancel, because you keep the service until it ends. We refund in full in these cases:

• You were charged after a free trial that you meant to cancel, and you write to us within 14 days of the charge.
• You were charged for something you did not intend, and you write to us within 14 days of the charge.
• You were charged twice, or the amount was wrong. Write to us at any time.

How to ask

Email support@forgelix.com from the address you paid with and tell us the date and amount of the charge. We answer by email. A refund goes back to the original card, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Changing plans

An upgrade starts at once, and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at the end of the period. The unused part of a higher plan is not refunded.

If a payment fails or you dispute a charge

If a payment fails, we email you and Stripe may try the card again. Your assistant is switched off 72 hours after the first failure until the payment goes through. If you open a dispute with your bank, we pause your websites until it is closed. Please write to us first. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
