Terms of Service

These terms apply when you subscribe to or use Forgelix, the AI sales assistant at forgelix.com. By subscribing you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the cancellation and refund rules.

Who provides Forgelix

Forgelix is operated by Ievgenii Muran, Spain. You can reach us at support@forgelix.com. In these terms, “we” means that operator and “you” means the person or company that subscribes.

What Forgelix does

Forgelix puts an AI sales assistant on your website. It talks with your visitors, recommends products from the catalog you approve and shows the results in a panel. The assistant is built never to claim to be a person, and to answer honestly if a visitor asks whether it is an AI. Every reply is checked by code before a visitor sees it, for example that prices match your approved catalog. We may improve or change features over time.

Who may use Forgelix

Forgelix is a service for businesses and professionals. By subscribing you confirm that you use it for your business or profession.

Your account

Your account is created when you complete checkout. We then email a link to the address you used so you can choose a password. The link works for 14 days. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for giving us correct information.

Plans and payment

• One website: $50 per month, 200 chats per month.
• Up to three websites: $100 per month, 500 chats per month shared across your websites.
• Up to twenty websites: $500 per month, 3,000 chats per month shared across your websites.

Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe’s checkout page shows the total you pay, including any tax that applies, before you confirm. A plan renews every month until you cancel, and you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your card at the start of each period. You enter your card on Stripe’s page; we never see or store your full card number. If we change prices, we tell you before the new price applies to you.

Free trial

The $50 plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You must enter a payment card to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. Your first $50 charge comes when the 30 days end, followed by monthly charges, unless you cancel before then. We send a reminder email about 7 days before the trial ends. Each customer gets one trial. We count it by email address, and variants of the same mailbox, such as name+tag@example.com, count as the same address. The $100 and $500 plans have no trial and are charged at once.

What counts as a chat

A chat uses your allowance only when a visitor replies or chooses an action, such as a suggested answer or a product link in the chat. A greeting, opening the chat or closing it at once does not count. Several messages in one chat count as one chat. At your limit, new chats wait for the next billing period or an upgrade; chats already running continue. Each plan also limits how many websites you can add.

Changing plans

You can change your plan on the Subscription page of the panel. An upgrade starts at once, and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the current period. A downgrade starts at the end of the current period.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. A cancelled trial runs to its end and is not charged. The details, and when we refund money, are on the Cancellation and refunds page.

Failed payments and disputes

If a payment fails, we email you and Stripe may try the card again. If it is still unpaid 72 hours after the first failure, we switch your assistant off on your websites until the payment goes through. If you open a dispute (chargeback) with your bank, the payment is contested, so we pause your websites until the dispute is closed; if the bank decides against us, the payment is reversed and the subscription ends. Please write to us first: we would rather fix a problem than fight over it.

Your responsibilities

• You decide what the assistant may offer. Your catalog, prices, links and promotions must be accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for your website, including its privacy notice and any cookie or consent banner your visitors need. Our script can wait for your consent tool before it starts.
• Do not use Forgelix to break the law, mislead visitors, send spam, harass anyone, imitate a real person, or ask visitors for passwords, secret keys or payment card numbers.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written permission.

AI replies and results

The assistant is an AI and can make mistakes. Our checks reduce them but cannot remove them, so we do not promise that every reply is correct or that Forgelix will increase your sales. Review your results in the panel.

Your data

Your catalog, settings and your visitors’ conversations are yours. You allow us to process them only to run Forgelix for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Data processing for your visitors

For the personal data of your website’s visitors, you are the controller and we are your processor, and this section is our data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR. We process that data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your settings in the panel, and only to run Forgelix for you. People who handle it for us are bound to confidentiality, and we apply the security measures described in the Privacy Policy. You authorise the service providers listed there, and we email you before we add or replace one, so that you can object. We help you answer requests from visitors who exercise their rights, and we tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach that affects the data. When your account ends, or when you ask, we delete the data or return it to you, unless the law requires us to keep it. We give you the information you need to check that we follow this section.

Availability and support

We work to keep Forgelix available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and short maintenance windows can happen. For help, write to support@forgelix.com.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or the law requires it. We will tell you when we can. After your account ends, you can ask us to delete your data, except records the law requires us to keep and the one-way hash that stops repeated trials.

Liability

Forgelix is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we email the account owner before they apply. If you keep using Forgelix after the new terms apply, you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory rules that protect you where you live, if any apply to you, still apply.
